Every feature is on every plan

Everything Race Program Manager does.

From one track day car to a multi car customer operation, the whole program lives in one place: the garage, the trackside data, the season calendar, the money, and the crew.

Dashboard and race day mode

See what needs doing, then race

The dashboard rolls your whole program into two status rings, one for the cars and one for the drivers, plus a needs attention feed. On event day it switches gears, pinning big trackside buttons for each car so tyre checks and setup changes are one tap away in the garage.

  • Car and driver status kept separate, each in its own live ring
  • Season activity chart and running costs on the same screen
  • Race day mode appears automatically on event days
  • Quick reference card: torques, pressures and fluids on one screen

Costs and budgets

Finally know what the season costs

Every dollar rolls up automatically: event entry fees, tyres, parts received, modifications and service labour, by car, by category and by month. Set budgets, watch the bars, and export an invoice ready CSV for customer cars.

  • Season cost tracker with budgets per car
  • Event cost sheets: entry, tyres, fuel, transport
  • Billable hours and invoice ready export
  • Money visible to the owner only, or the whole team. Your call

Invoicing and card payments

Bill the customer and get paid

Pull the service labour, the crash damage, the parts fitted and the entry fees straight from the program, add your ABN and GST, and send it from your own business name. Customers pay by card from the email, the money lands in your own Stripe account, and the invoice marks itself paid.

  • Australian tax invoices with ABN and GST, issued and locked
  • A Pay now button on the email, funds to your own Stripe account
  • Payments reconcile themselves, and a receipt sends in one tap
  • Revenue tracking and a quarterly BAS summary for the accountant

The Paddock portal

Everyone at the track, not just your staff

Every weekend involves people who are not on your payroll: a customer driver, a mate helping in the garage for one round, a coach, a data engineer, the owner of the car you are running. They need the schedule, the paperwork and a record of what they have paid for. They do not need a login to your program, and they should never see your costs.

  • Invite anyone by email without spending one of your paid logins
  • They see only what you choose to publish to them, and nothing else
  • Hire agreements and waivers signed on their phone before they arrive
  • Event schedules pushed straight to their own calendar
  • What they have paid for, and anything still outstanding
  • One Paddock account works across every team they run with

Built for the way you make money

If the car pays its way, this is your back office.

Two businesses live in the same software: hiring cars out, and coaching the people who drive them. Both fall over in the same place, when the fleet, the paperwork, the people and the invoicing stop agreeing with each other.

01

Booked

Agreement and waiver signed on their phone before they leave home.

02

Handed over

Condition report with photos, marked on the car itself.

03

On track

Seat time, laps, fuel and any damage recorded against the driver.

04

Settled

Invoice built from what happened, paid by card, receipt sent.

Car hire and arrive and drive

Hand the car over with the paperwork already done

Every hire runs the same loop, so run it the same way every time. The customer signs before they arrive, the car is photographed in and out, and the bill is built from what actually happened rather than from memory a week later.

  • Hire agreement signed in Paddock before they reach the circuit
  • Condition report with photos, before the session and after
  • Damage marked on the car itself, capped at the excess you agreed
  • The invoice assembles itself from hire, crew hours, damage and entry fees
  • They pay by card from the email, funds land in your own Stripe
  • Utilisation per car, so you know which one earns and which one sits

Driver coaching

Coach the driver, bill the hours, keep the history

Your drivers are not employees, and most of them will never open your program. They still need somewhere to see the plan, sign the waiver and pick up their notes, and you still need their seat time and their laps on record.

  • Drivers get a Paddock account without using one of your paid logins
  • Seat time, session results and best laps tracked per driver
  • Setups kept per driver and car, so a change traces back to a person
  • Publish the schedule and debrief notes to that driver only
  • Coaching hours logged as billable work and pulled onto the invoice
  • One account follows a driver across every team they run with
