Before you start

How does the free trial work?

You pick a plan and add a card to start your 14-day free trial, but you are not charged until day 14. Cancel any time before then and you will not pay a cent. After 14 days your chosen plan begins automatically.

What counts as a login?

One login is one person with their own email and password. Each plan includes a number of logins. You decide what each person can do by giving them a role in Settings, and you can mix roles however suits your crew. A login can only be used on one device at a time.

Do all plans have the same features?

Yes. Every feature, including costs and budgets, tyre sets, reports, the weekly digest and the live calendar feed, is included on every plan. Plans differ only by the number of logins.

Can I add more people than my plan includes?

Yes. The Large Team plan is the Medium Team plan plus extra logins at $9 per month each, so you only pay for the logins you actually add. Large Team is billed monthly only.

What do the roles actually control?

You assign each login a role from Settings, which controls what they can edit. The owner manages the team and controls the money, engineers edit all the technical data, mechanics edit service and inspection data, and admin staff manage parts and shopping lists. Change anyone's role anytime.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated and instant, downgrades are handled through support, and you keep your data if you move between plans. Cancel whenever, with no lock in.

Is my data safe?

Your program lives in the cloud with per team isolation, so only your crew can see your data, and it syncs live across everyone on your team.
